The English jazz singer and songwriter Amy Winehouse was arrested Thursday, while on tour in Norway. According to Lars Lothe, a Norwegian police representative, the 24-year old spent the night in prison and was released after paying a fine.

Amy Winehouse, along with her husband Blake Filder-Civil and a third person, were charged with drug possession and using marijuana. But all seems to be ok for now, after paying the 500 euros fine, and the singer continued her tour in Bergen and Oslo on Saturday.

This wasn't the first time the Rehab singer got into drug problems. She once admitted spending over 200 pounds a week for canabis. In August this year, Amy canceled a number of concerts and reportedly checked into a rehabilitation center, after an overdose of drugs and alcohol.

Despite all her problems, she received the MOBO Best UK Female Award for her best-known hit, Rehab. Also, she announced she will be collaborating with Pete Doherty, another singer well-known for his drug addiction and problems with the law.

Pete Doherty, the Babyshangles singer, has reportedly entered rehab in the Cloud’s House Rehab Center from Salisbury, England. The English songwriter, known for his past relation with Kate Moss, has had quite a hectic week. He was earlier arrested for alleged drug possession, and then chased a paparazzi photographer and smashed her camera.

It seems that his aunt's advice had an impact on his decision. The troubled rocker entered the drug rehab center after a late Wednesday night visit at Joan Cassidy's house. His aunt's son-in-law mentioned that the singer has struggled to change his ways, so he decided to ask for professional help.

He had to ask permission from the West London Magistrates' Court to switch his bail address. He is due to receive a sentence on his drug charges on the 4th of September.
